Summary
This sample Visual Studio 2005 (vb.net) project contains a toolbar w/ a button. When in ArcGIS and the button is clicked, a form will open showing your current ArcMap location in Microsoft's Virtual Earth, Yahoo! Maps, or Google Maps interface denoted by a red square.

As you move around ArcMap the the location in the online viewer is updated on the fly.

Updated 3/04/2008: An installer is now included in the setup folder of the zip file for those who do not have VS 2005. The installer requires ArcGIS 9.2 Service Pack 4, .NET 2.0 Framework, and .NET Support for ArcGIS. The installer adds a "Online Map Viewer" toolbar to the ArcMap interface.
