ESRI UC Day 4 - The History of GIS

Two alternative sessions were on the program this year:

1. The History of GIS: 1940 - 1970
2. The History of GIS: 1970 - Present

Far from being very technical it's was two very enjoyable sessions. Anectdotes and facts were presented in large amounts and done with a very witty style - something often forgotten. I would be impossible for me to summarize all and we can only hope that the slides will be available some time in the future. It would be even better if ESRI would podcast it.
